Tyler is a member of OnPace®’s Retail team, where he focuses on single-tenant net-lease investments, advising private owners, operators, developers, and institutions on acquisitions and dispositions nationwide. Tyler’s path to OnPace® began at Marquette University, where he earned his real estate license and began transacting across multiple asset types before he’d graduated. He went on to work at firms of varying structure, from a boutique brokerage to a larger institutional platform, underwriting, structuring, and closing net-lease investment sales and sale-leaseback transactions across a range of industries before joining OnPace®.

Tyler approaches every transaction with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on long-term relationships. The Retail team pairs a disciplined, fully marketed process with a growing national network of active buyers, driving the competition that maximizes pricing and certainty of close. OnPace®’s flexible structure gives Tyler and the team the latitude to move quickly and craft non-traditional solutions when needed.

A Buffalo, New York native, Tyler spends his free time watching the Yankees and venturing out in the city with family and friends.
