Tyler is a member of OnPace®'s Retail team, where he focuses on single-tenant net-lease investments, advising private owners, operators, developers, and institutions on acquisitions and dispositions nationwide. Tyler's path to OnPace® began at Marquette University, where he earned his real estate license and began transacting across multiple asset types before he'd graduated. He went on to work at firms of varying structure, from a boutique brokerage to a larger institutional platform, underwriting, structuring, and closing net-lease investment sales and sale-leaseback transactions across a range of industries before joining OnPace®.

Tyler brings an entrepreneurial approach to every transaction, treating each deal as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship, not just close a one-off. The Retail team leans on a growing nationwide network to source off-market opportunities, giving clients first looks before deals reach the open market. OnPace®'s flexible structure lets him move quickly and think creatively when a deal calls for a non-standard approach.

A Buffalo, New York native, Tyler spends his free time watching the Yankees and venturing out in the city with family and friends.
