Myles is an Industrial Tenant Representation advisor at OnPace Partners, where he helps occupiers secure, restructure, and optimize their warehouse and distribution space. Since 2021, he has executed over $50 million in transaction volume, including complex, multi-market assignments for clients such as Southern Pipe and Supply, Accel Entertainment, and Batchelor & Kimball.

Prior to OnPace, Myles was a leading source of new business for Stream Realty Partners' Occupier Services team in Atlanta. In 2025, he secured more than half of the new tenant clients brought on by the Atlanta office. Based in Atlanta, he focuses on delivering occupiers a disciplined, data-driven approach to every assignment.
