Liam leads the OnPace® Retail team, specializing in single-tenant and multi-tenant retail investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions, and dispositions nationwide. His client focus ranges from institutions and private investors to developers and tenants.

In addition to advising clients on multi-tenant retail and single-tenant net lease acquisitions and dispositions, Liam provides end-to-end advisory on capital raising and expansion for tenants - with expertise in site sourcing, sale-leaseback structuring, and exit execution. He has successfully scaled operators through conservatively structured sale-leasebacks across verticals including big box, automotive, QSR, and other retail categories.

Prior to joining OnPace®, Liam was the top producer at Sands Investment Group's Atlanta office. In 2026, he was named one of Connect CRE's Atlanta & Southeast Next Generation Award winners, recognizing young leaders shaping the commercial real estate industry.

A New Orleans native, Liam graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Real Estate and resides in Atlanta.
