Kevin focuses on representing commercial property owners in investment sales transactions throughout the Metro Atlanta area and other states in the southeast. Kevin is also experienced representing landlords, tenants, and business owners in all types of lease transactions & acquisitions. With a career that has spanned in excess of 30 years, Kevin has facilitated closed investment properties sales valued at more than $3 billion, participated in the acquisition of more than $2 billion of institutional class real estate across the U.S. for The RMR Group (NYSE: RMR), closed $340 million in CMBS and property level financing through investment banks, life insurance companies and national banking institutions. Kevin wrestled with real estate workout, REO management & disposition services.

Prior to joining OnPace®, Kevin held brokerage positions at Lavista Associates, Highgate Partners, and Resource Real Estate Partners, where for seven years he collaborated successfully with Tom Shafer’s team. During his tenure at Resource, the investment sales team was ranked #1 in Atlanta in 2009 despite the most challenging operating environment in a generation. A proud Massachusetts native & Providence College graduate, Kevin also secured his MBA at Suffolk University in Boston, MA. Having experienced success throughout his career across multiple geographic markets and disciplines, Kevin’s breadth of experience makes him a trusted advisor for clients navigating complex investment decisions.
