Katy is fueled by a passion for people and real estate. Katy plays a vital role in supporting the Industrial team. Her work spans assisting with leasing activities, conducting market research, managing data, and developing marketing materials. She is dedicated to building strong client relationships and contributing to key business objectives.

Prior to joining OnPace®, Katy gained valuable experience in property management and earned her BBA in Real Estate from The University of Georgia. A proud Georgia native, she currently resides in the city, where she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
